Cason Liles

Cason is an experienced corporate attorney with a focus on assisting private equity sponsors with mergers and acquisitions as well as working with portfolio companies on various legal and corporate needs. In addition to Cason’s legal education and experience, Cason holds an MBA in finance from William and Mary and has previous experience working in venture capital. From 2022-2023, Cason frequently volunteered for the House of Mercy in Williamsburg, Virginia, which served as a food bank for local displaced individuals.

Cason resides in Austin, Texas, and in his free time enjoys fishing, pickleball and other sports.
