Currently with Phase 1 of Grace365, we provide subsidized high-quality, furnished apartments for our participants. These typically include access to community amenities (e.g., gym, pool, trails, etc.).

We are already working on Phase 2, where we plan to leverage newly acquired land to eventually build apartments on our property. This will help alleviate rental demands, as well as build more a sense of community. More information on that to come!
