Bill Krassner is an experienced franchise and business development leader with over two decades of hands-on involvement across the full franchise lifecycle. He currently serves as a Senior Franchise Consultant with FranNet, where he helps individuals nationwide evaluate, launch, and grow purpose-driven franchise businesses. His work focuses on guiding clients through investment decisions with clarity, grounded in real-world operational experience.
Prior to his consulting role, Bill owned and operated a successful franchise for 20 years, served as an Area Developer growing a territory from zero to 30 franchise units, and later transitioned into corporate leadership, where he oversaw operations and performance initiatives for nearly 400 locations nationwide. Throughout his career, Bill has specialized in recruiting, training, and developing management teams, supporting new business startups, and improving operational systems across the real estate and restaurant sectors. His strengths include site selection, market analysis, negotiation, financial oversight, and concept development.
Bill has served on the Governance Board of Central Texas Table of Grace since the organization’s inception and previously held the role of Secretary. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ohio University and continues to support CTTG’s mission through long-term leadership, operational insight, and strategic guidance.
