Evan Linneman is a community engagement and philanthropy professional with more than 10 years of experience building partnerships, leading volunteer initiatives, and supporting employee engagement. He currently serves as Community Manager with JPMorgan Chase in Austin, where he works with local leaders and community organizations to advance philanthropic strategy and strengthen community impact.
Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Evan spent nearly a decade with Bank of America, most recently serving as Community Relations Manager for the Austin market. In that role, he was responsible for driving the market’s philanthropic efforts, employee engagement strategies, and community partnerships, working closely with market leadership to support sponsorships, volunteerism, and employee network groups. Earlier in his career at Bank of America, Evan held leadership roles including Contact Center Manager for the Military Banking Overseas Division, where he managed operations supporting service members stationed in 13 countries in partnership with the Department of Defense. He also served as an On-the-Job Training Coach in the affinity credit card department, training and mentoring cohorts of new hires.
Evan holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Chico. He has been actively involved in employee network groups, including the Intergenerational Employee Network, Hispanic Latino Organization for Leadership and Advancement (HOLA), and LEAD for Women. Evan has also been a consistent leader in corporate volunteerism, averaging more than 150 volunteer hours annually, and was recognized with the 2024 President’s Volunteer Service Award for his community involvement.
