Heather Hanson
Vice Chair

Heather Hanson is a nervous system–led guide, award winning speaker, and best selling author, with over 29 years experience in healthcare.  She helps women in midlife navigate change with clarity, resilience, and embodied leadership. Drawing from her own journey through autoimmune illness, grief, and major life transitions, Heather integrates holistic nutrition, mindset work, trauma-informed breathwork, and Elemental Embodiment to support sustainable transformation. She is the creator of the Cellara™ Method, a body-led framework that helps women move from survival to sovereignty. Heather’s work centers on restoring internal safety so women can lead, live, and create legacy without burnout or self-abandonment.
 
Drawing from her extensive professional background, Heather holds a strong belief that life should be centered on living and dreaming rather than worrying and wondering. Prior to joining the Governance Board of Central Texas Table of Grace, Heather served on the organization’s Advisory Council. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Governance Board, where she continues to support CTTG’s mission through leadership, strategic guidance, and service.
