Central Texas Table of Grace was recently featured in Community Impact after cutting the ribbon on the new Lowe’s Hometown Garage, a vocational training space made possible through a Lowe’s Hometown Grant. The article highlights the transformation of an existing building into a functional workshop where local youth prepare for independent futures by learning automotive maintenance and business skills.
The Hometown Garage, opened November 15 at 3825 Doris Lane in Round Rock, marks the first visible step toward The Campus @ Central Texas Table of Grace, with ground breaking planned for April 2026. The Community Impact coverage underscores the importance of this facility in supporting teens and young adults as they build real-life skills for real futures.
This project was made possible by Lowe’s belief in our mission through their Hometown Grant, and by the faith of our community supporters through Circle of Grace, helping us raise approximately 60 percent of our capital campaign goal so far. Whether donors give once, monthly, or have supported us for years, their contributions ensure that while we build for the future, the youth in our care today have the stability and support they need every day.
