David Church
Board Chair

David Church is an experienced senior leader with over 20 years of background in project management, consulting, education, process improvement, and mentoring. He has been with Bank of America since 2004 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President of Program Management, focusing on a multi-year digital transformation program within Consumer Lending.

In addition to his corporate leadership experience, David has taught at four universities in the areas of project management, process improvement, organizational behavior, and leadership. He serves as Core Adjunct Faculty at California Lutheran University and National University. David is also a TEDx speaker, having delivered a talk on applying project management, behavioral science, and agile principles to personal and professional goal achievement.

From 2003 to 2005, David served on the volunteer leadership team for Covenant House of Southern California, supporting displaced youth through transitional services and care. He received Bank of America’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Awards in 2014 and 2016 for his work in employee engagement, inclusion efforts, and employee network leadership.

David previously served on the Advisory Board for Loyola Marymount University ISBA. David initially joined the Governance Board of Central Texas Table of Grace and later assumed the role of Board Chair, continuing his commitment to the organization’s growth and sustainability. He resides in Nevada and, in his free time, enjoys following current events, stand-up comedy, and films.
