Courtney joined Central Texas Table of Grace as Treatment Director in September 2025. Born on a military base in Heidelberg, Germany, and raised in Killeen, Texas, she earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Midwestern State University (MSU) in 2016. She began her social service career at First Step, Inc., a domestic violence shelter serving men, women, and children, where she helped create a Children’s Program focused on trauma recovery, emotional education, and healthy coping skills. Inspired by her work with youth, Courtney returned to MSU in 2019 to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, graduating in 2022.
While completing her graduate studies and internship, she gained diverse experience through roles with Child Protective Services, Bell County Juvenile Probation, Travis County Victim Services, Butterflies Prospering Wellness Co., and the Texas Juvenile Justice Department in Mart. She obtained her full LPC licensure in August 2025.
Courtney’s broad background and dedication to trauma-informed, strengths-based care make her a valued member of the Table of Grace leadership team. She is passionate about advocating for children, especially those often labeled “difficult,” and supporting the professionals who serve them.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys horseback riding, crafting, designing on Canva, and spending time with her energetic and insightful 9-year-old daughter.
