Evan Linneman

Evan Linneman is the Community Relations Manager for the Austin Market for Bank of America. In his role, Evan is responsible for driving the market’s philanthropic efforts and employee engagement within the community of Austin. He works with the market leadership team to develop community partnerships and sponsorships. He helps support the company’s volunteer efforts and employee network groups to
build on Bank of America’s employee engagement.
Evan has been with Bank of America for nine years. In his previous role, he was the Contact Center Manager for the Bank’s Military Banking Overseas Division. In this role he was responsible for managing a call center that provided banking services to military soldiers stationed overseas in 13 different countries with the Department of Defense. He has also been an On-The-Job Training Coach for Bank of America’s
affinity credit card department where he trained incoming classes of 25-30 people to support activities related to Bank of America’s partner credit cards.
Evan holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Chico State University in California. He is an active member in Bank of America Employee Network groups including the Intergenerational Employee Network, Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership and Advancement (HOLA), Leadership, Education, Advocacy and Development (LEAD) for Women. He has also been a member of the bank’s volunteer leadership group averaging more than 150 volunteer hours in the community per year since his employment began with Bank of America and he was recently awarded the 2024 President’s Volunteer Service Award due to his community involvement.
